OSGP understands that no two businesses are the same, nor are any two transactions.  It evaluates the merits of each potential investment without a strict set of requirements.  Therefore, it can invest creatively and flexibly.  That said, OSGP has a strong preference for opportunities characterized by the following attributes:

The business seeks to earn its profits by bringing significant value to customers, employees and partners

Opportunity to add value:   
OSGP brings distinct knowledge of the industry, valuable contacts and/or management expertise

Strong management: 
OSGP backs strong existing managers, supplements established teams, or inserts new managers to replace founders who wish to exit upon sale

Defensible market position:  
The company has a unique position within a market segment and a loyal customer base

Extensible products:
The company has the potential to introduce new products or services to its customers

Established business model:
The company has a proven revenue model with sustainable margins
